These were specially developed to expand well out of a 44 snubby such as the Charter Arms Bulldog at 775 fps. For those of you who prefer not to be limited to lightweight hollow points in a snubby, this is the solution. These are not safe to fire in pre WWII or non American firearms. They come in boxes of 50.

I Ordered this loaded Ammo for My Charter Arms "On Duty" "(.44 Special") due to it's specifically naming the Bulldog, and it's 2 1/2" bbl, "snubby " bbl length... Instead of the 775 fps mentioned, I got 975 fps Avg., with those 250 grain HPs.. NOT Complaining a bit, as they shoot well out of the Bulldog., and at 975 fps will handle 99% of the targets/game one might want to use them for. Lastly, The Price is Right and allows Me to Carry a (Factory) load I have EVERY Confidence in. Thanks for an excellent product at a fair price

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE
I was able to get rangeside today to test out Matt's .44 Special 250gr HPs. I've loaded these bullets previously, but never had them in a 'factory' loading. Out of my 4.25-inch 629-5, I was getting between 880-913 fps. Pretty good when you consider that a .45ACP does approx. 850 fps with a 230gr bullet. These rounds shoot to the sights and are very accurate. Thanks again, Matt!
